BATTERY RECALL PROGRAM
ADARO Tenología, S.A. located at Jimena Fernández de la Vega, 38, Edificio ADARO, 33203, Gijón, Spain as manufacturer of the Adalit Torches has detected a failure in some batteries of the ADALIT L3000 and L3000 Power series torches manufactured between January 2016 and June 2017. As of today, only a few isolated cases of failure have been detected out of the more than 150,000 torches manufactured.
In accordance with the protocols established by our company in order to ensure the quality of our products, we have proceeded to announce the RECALL of the batteries found in torches that, according to their serial number, include one of the affected batteries.
For this reason, we have informed the market and users through our distributors of the geographical areas where the batches of affected products are located -Germany and Austria- and also through this website.
If your torch is among those affected, remove it from the charger and do not reuse it until you have replaced the battery. Failure to follow these instructions may cause the battery to overheat.
For ADARO Tecnologïa, the safety of our customers is our highest priority. That is why we are contacting you proactively, and we will provide you with a free battery in the event your torch is included among the serial numbers indicated below.
